About the Role
As a Dimple Color Creative Intern, you will be at the heart of our creative process, contributing to social media content creation, trend research, and campaign development.
Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging text, image, and video content for social media and paid ads channels. (Must be comfortable with filming and being filmed for social media content.)
- Bring new creative ideas and concepts to the table, identifying and leveraging emerging trends to create viral content that enhances Dimple Color’s social media presence.
- Assist in creating and building ads in performance marketing channels for Meta and Tiktok.
Collaborate with Marketing Teams:
- Assist the social media and paid media teams in creating posts, analyzing performance data, and brainstorming creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of innovative social media campaigns designed to build brand awareness and engagement.
Skills
- Comfortable wearing contact lenses (as you'll occasionally model them in content).
- Strong Written Communication: Ability to write engaging and clear social media posts.
- Familiarity with Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Graphic Design: Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop for simple design tasks.
- Video Editing: Experience with tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro for simple video editing
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Basic understanding of how to analyze social media performance using metrics and insights.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work well within a team and communicate ideas effectively.

Work Arrangement
- Location: Our beautiful open plan office, located in Zetland, Sydney (8 min walk from Green Square train station).
- Schedule: The role involves working 2-3 days a week in-office, with flexibility to fit around university schedules.
- Pay: $30 per hour, with the option to work more during peak periods.
