Points to note:

• We do our best to ship orders out the same day if ordered before 10 am AEST, however, some orders may ship the next business day.
• All local orders ship with Australia Post.
• Shipping is not available to South Australian addresses.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via letschat@dimplecolor.com.au . We can give you the inside info.

Incorrect delivery addresses.

If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please email letschat@dimplecolor.com.au within 2 hours of placing the order. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect addresses.

Any orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or not being collected from your local post office will incur another shipping fee before your order is sent back.

Any orders returned to us which are then cancelled by the customer will be refunded after the cost of shipping is deducted, and a $3 restocking fee is applied.

All international orders shipped outside of Australia with DHL may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer
