How do I place a return or exchange?

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in their original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with the seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 30 days of receiving the item.

 Faulty Items

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty, we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days. You contact us by email (letschat@dimplecolor.com.au) or click the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at letschat@dimplecolor.com.au and we’ll be sure to get you the Dimple Colors you ordered!

RTS (Return to Sender) orders

For orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address or due to not collecting from the local post office in time will be subject to another shipping fee for the order to be resent.

Any customers who wish to cancel and have an order refunded that was returned to us for the above reasons will be subject to a $3 restocking fee as well as a deduction on the refund for the value of the shipping fee.
