The Perfect Shade Promise is our 100% risk-free guarantee for first-time customers. If you do not love your first pair of Dimple Color lenses, we will replace them, free.
The below Terms and Conditions apply to this promise. By submitting a claim under the Perfect Shade Promise, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Who It’s For
- Our Perfect Shade Promise is available on your very first Dimple Color order.
- It can be used once per customer and applies to one colour from that first order.
- If you purchased multiple colours, simply choose the one you would like to swap.
- You’ll need to submit your request within 7 days of your order being delivered using our Perfect Shade Promise form.
- The Perfect Shade Promise currently applies to orders delivered within Australia & New Zealand only.
What We’ll Replace
We’ll replace up to two units of the same colour from your first order.
That means:
- Reusable lenses. One pair, which is two lenses.
- 1-Day lenses. Up to two boxes of 10 lenses in the same colour.
If you only purchased one box of 1-Day lenses, we’ll replace one.
If you purchased two, we’ll replace two.
We always match what you originally purchased, up to the limits above.
Perfect Shade Promise does not apply to Discovery Sets.
Can I switch lens types?
Yes. If you started with 1-Day lenses and would prefer reusable lenses, or the other way around, you are welcome to switch.
Your replacement is a straight swap to a new colour in your chosen lens type.
There’s no refund or credit for price differences between lens types, and we’re unable to adjust for any promotions that may run after your original order.
What we need from you
To process your replacement, please fill out our Perfect Shade Promise form.
Any unopened boxes will need to be returned in resellable condition.
All claims are subject to review and approval by Dimple Color. If return conditions are not met, we may be unable to process the claim.
Once approved, we’ll organise your replacement.
What this Promise covers
The Perfect Shade Promise is designed to give you confidence in your colour choice.
It does not apply to:
- Incorrect prescriptions entered at checkout
- Change of mind unrelated to colour
- Misuse, mishandling, or not following care instructions
Replacement products are not eligible for further exchange under the Perfect Shade Promise.
Manufacturing faults or product defects are handled separately in line with Australian Consumer Law.
A note on eye health
Contact lenses are medical devices. Always follow the guidance of your eye care professional and the care instructions provided.
Final details
This Promise operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Dimple Color reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Perfect Shade Promise at any time.
